We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our centralized HR function in Malta, supporting multiple group entities across various jurisdictions. This is a strategic role where you will manage a team of HR resources, ensuring consistent and effective HR practices across the group while adapting to local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the centralized HR team, overseeing HR operations across all group entities.
• Ensure consistency in HR policies, procedures, and best practices while respecting local employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership and business units to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
• Drive recruitment, talent management, performance reviews, and career development initiatives across the group.
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits, ensuring alignment with market standards and compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
• Foster a positive and engaging work culture across international teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations and HR matters at group level.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in tech-driven industries.
• Previous leadership experience managing HR teams across multiple entities or countries.
• Excellent knowledge of Maltese employment legislation; familiarity with other jurisdictions is an asset.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Solid experience with HR systems, payroll, and data-driven HR management.
• Strategic mindset, with hands-on capability to manage operational HR needs.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
