We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to support our Legal and Compliance functions in Malta. This long-term internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, AML/KYC processes, and compliance operations across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with KYC tasks, including document collection, screening, and verification.
• Support AML due diligence and background checks under the guidance of the Compliance Officer.
• Help review and organize legal and corporate documents, including NDAs and partner agreements.
• Maintain and update SharePoint and contract inventories, ensuring proper filing and accuracy.
• Liaise with corporate service providers, regulators, and internal teams as required.
• Use internal tools (e.g., JIRA, KYC platforms) to track tasks and ensure compliance procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AML/KYC regulations and corporate governance.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and eager to learn document management tools.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
